Cut PEX pipes square and leave a clean, even edge. Remove burrs.
PEX RCA clamp over pipes and connectors. Place RCA terminal 1/8-1/4 inch under the edge pipes.
Place the clamp needle PEX between the tool jaws and ratchet until the PEX RCA clamp tool automatically unlocks.
Pressure test the PEX hose and check before normal applications. If signs of leaks occur, repeat the overall procedure.
